About our Lindsay Process Servers
Russ Moore began his policing career with the Metropolitan Toronto Police Force in 1970. In 1975 Russ and his new wife decided that Lindsay was the place to raise a family and continue a career. In October 1975 Russ was welcomed into the Lindsay Police Force where he spent another thirty-one years policing in a community-based police service.
As a thirty-five year 1st Class Constable serving with the Metro Toronto Police Force and the Lindsay Police Force, now known as the Kawartha Lakes Police Service, Russ has developed some recognized interpersonal and communication skills as evidenced by his achieving the rank of Senior Constable; the awarding of both the twenty and thirty year Exemplary Service Medals; his election and seventeen year tenure in the office of President of the Lindsay Police Association, and his election to the office of Secretary of the Lindsay & District Model Railroaders. Russ has also served on numerous committees with the Police Association of Ontario and local groups such as Boy Scouts Canada.
Russ takes pride in his work and is professional in everything he does. He looks forward to taking care of all your processing needs in the recently amalgamated City of Kawartha Lakes (Lindsay and surrounding area).
