Wayne Isbester is our manager of the Cambridge branch and has been with us since December 2003. In addition to being experienced as a private consultant specializing in Canadian Pardon applications and U.S. Travel Waivers, he was the manager of an international private security guard firm in the Toronto area from 2000 to 2003. Prior to this he served 35 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) rising to the rank of Superintendent. Wayne held leadership positions within that organization for nearly 27 of those years, including Officer in Charge of the Criminal Intelligence Branch, the Federal Policing Branch, the Division Intelligence Branch and the Support Services Branch.

Wayne possesses extensive experience in a wide range of Federal Statutes, ranging from Immigration, Customs, organized crime investigations, to personnel protection, surveillance, and physical and Industrial security. As a result, he has been quite knowledgeable in various aspects of the law both civil and criminal and is at ease with the courts and the legal community.

His investigative and supervisory roles within the RCMP have prepared Wayne for assuming the many varied services that Canadian Process Serving Inc. provide. Wayne makes his home in the Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo area.

Wayne graduated from the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. He also completed the Executive Development Course and the Senior Police Administration Course of the Canadian Police College.

Bob Lacombe spent eighteen years as a police officer (1965-1983), serving with the RCMP, OPP, and Fergus, Ontario police department. He went on to serve ISSC as a security consultant, retiring in 2007.
