About our Kingston Process Server:
Fred Lloyd retired in 2002 after 32 years of service with the Ontario Provincial Police. From 1970-85 he was at the Orillia Detachment, where his duties included general patrol, crime scene investigator, and summer marine patrols on the Trent -Severn Waterway. From 1985-89 in Belleville he was a member of the Technical Identification Unit and Explosives Disposal Unit. Promoted to Sergeant in 1989, Fred transferred to Kingston where he became unit commander of the Kingston Identification Unit and later the Belleville Forensic Identification Unit. He has experience in the field of Forensics (evidence, photography and fingerprints) and has had experience working in the area penitentiaries with Corrections Canada.
